Peach Crisp

Ingredients

Peach Filling

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peach wedges (thawed and drained if frozen)
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cornstarch

Crisp Topping

  • 1 apple cereal bar
  • 3 Tablespoons graham crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine all ingredients for peach filling in a medium bowl and mix well.

Place peach filling in Fantasia 16 ounce oval glass casserole dish.

Place all ingredients for crisp topping in food processor or blender. Pulse until consistency is that of course crumbs. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top of the peaches.

Cover with other Fantasia oval casserole and bake until peaches are tender and bubbly about 30 to 45 minutes.
